Chinese Cooking (I) May 20, 2016June 3, 2016 My little sister cannot eat that spicy so I made this pretty mild one! I love making wontons! So quick! Vermicelli. On top I like adding some ground black sesame seeds (good for hair and blood pressure hehe) Making some glutinous rice balls or.. 汤圆。We did two different fillings: red bean, black sesame and sugar. Mashing some black garlic with sesame oil to make soup base! My mom fermented the garlic! It’s much higher in antioxidants than regular garlic. some udon with the black garlic soup. Realized didn’t have enough black garlic hehe oops >< 牛腩. Beef brisket with noodles :3. One of my fav dishes mom makes. Beancurd, mushrooms, pork, dried mussels, shrimp… more x.x yum Congee! One of my fav comfort/sick people food. Dried Scallop, lightly salted pork broth with freshly seasoned ground pork… ugh so good.
